Eric Gash

Eric Gash is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, having earned his degree in Speech Communication while playing Football for Coach Mack Brown's first recruiting class (1988-92). He is dynamic, experienced, relatable and passionate - attributes which make him a much-sought-after Leadership Coach in both corporate and public service arenas.

He ran his own business for 14 years in the Caribbean - establishing procedures, cultivating corporate cultures, training sales forces and spearheading recruitment and leadership development in no fewer than 20 offices spanning various locations. And back in his hometown of Hendersonville NC, Eric became the Head Coach for Football and Girls Basketball, and  became the first African American to be named a Principal within the public school system since desegregation in 1965.

He currently serves on several boards, including the City of Hendersonville's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board, and is a Chaplain to the City's police Department.

His wide range of experiences have given him unique insight and knowledge, which serve to make his coaching style both incredibly impactful and effective
