Franklin Paz

Frankie is a 26 year-old Honduran-born, American raised hispanic that has lived everywhere from California to South Carolina and many places in between. He moved to Memphis with his family in 2009 and hasn't looked back since.  Frankie is coming up on two years of marriage to his beautiful wife in March and has enjoyed every minute of it.

 

Frankie has worked in all different types of environments from being a barista at Starbucks to working with children in underserved communities with Streets Ministries, to working with custom trim in the construction industry. In his current role as a coach with Uplift Coaching & Consulting, he is able to  connect and enhance many skills and tools from his previous experiences to help others learn and grow.

 

Frankie  is excited for his journey in coaching and facilitating conversations focused on Diversity and Inclusion.
