Jerry Sanders

Jerry Sanders is an educator, leadership coach and speaker. Jerry is the founder of a local charter school and the owner of Midsouth Coffee and Tea Co. As a coach, he utilizes his background in leadership development, and regional work to work closely with individuals and organizations. He is known for his success at working with others to achieve high results working to drive their organizational outcomes. As a small business owner he is currently scaling his coffee company. 
Jerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from The University of Memphis and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Instruction from Christian Brothers University in Memphis. In 2015, he received the prestigious Ryan Fellowship, leading to a three year stint at Kellogg School of Management. Jerry enjoys reading, hanging with his children and practicing jiu jitsu.
