Sonji masterfully guides individuals and teams through transformative learning experiences, dismantling ingrained biases and building a culture of acceptance. Driven by a passion for social justice, Sonji holds three degrees from Tennessee State University and the University of Memphis. When not championing equity, she enjoys spending time with her amazing husband Anthony, their sons Marcus and Myles, and their beloved fur baby Kobe.
