Staci Watson is a dynamic facilitator and highly qualified consultant specializing in workforce and leadership development, train-the-trainer programs, and various personal and professional development topics. A lifelong learner and native Memphian, she earned her Bachelor’s in Education and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Memphis. Her enthusiasm for learning transformed into a love for teaching nearly 15 years ago, and since then, her impact has extended from elementary school classrooms to boardrooms nationwide.
Staci began her teaching journey by educating adolescents in grade school, equipping them with the skills needed to achieve high levels of success. As an instructional leader, she empowered educators with the competencies and pedagogy essential for being highly effective in the classroom. Now, as a corporate trainer, she is enhancing the knowledge of business professionals with innovative insights, tools, and strategies to help them become confident, competent, and empowered in their roles. Staci has shown successful leadership in staff development, curriculum design, and process/productivity improvement. As a knowledgeable, dynamic, and adaptive facilitator, she utilizes a variety of delivery strategies to ensure the highest level of learning.
In her spare time, Staci can be found working in Memphis area schools to inspire, motivate, and elevate the minds of high schoolers. She also enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
